Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who drives Cone Star Vehicles on duty. A

On April 30, 2012, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, when driving the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol by 0.096% of alcohol concentration, and driving the said vehicle at a speed of 0.096% in the upstream of the Sejong-si Station at Suwon-si, the Defendant changed the lane while driving at a speed of about 30 km per hour from the length of terminal to the length of airfield at a speed of about 30 km along three lanes.

In this case, there was a duty of care to inform the direction of the direction in advance and to change the lanes safely by taking into account the traffic situation of the left and right.

Nevertheless, the defendant neglected this and changed the lane to the left-hand side by the negligence of changing the lane to the four-lanes, and caused the front part of the victim D (ma, 5 years old) driving E-car in the top-hand side to the right side.

Therefore, the victim suffered injuries such as scopic salt d, which requires two-day medical treatment.

B. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) by the Defendant, the above vehicle is driven by the Defendant.

As mentioned in paragraph (1), approximately 1.7 km section was driven under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.096% in blood alcohol concentration in front of the house, from the area around the scam inciting the right base at the time, to the street in the same scular road located in the same Gu, where an accident is located.
