A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 2013, the Defendant prepared a written complaint against B and C through a judicial secretary at the jurisdiction department located in Seocho-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, through a judicial secretary.

A written complaint states that “Defendant B and C shall belong to the complainant and shall receive the above lottery as if the winnings were not won in the first grade (50 million won of the prize) purchased by the complainant A around 201, or that “B and C shall not have won the winnings in the lottery around 2011, and there was no fact of winnings in the lottery and there was no fact of having received the lottery from the defendant.”

Nevertheless, on October 2, 2013, the defendant submitted a written complaint to the Youngcheon-gun District Court of Chuncheon, Young-gu, Seocheon-gu, Young-gu, Young-gu, Seocheon-gu, Young-gu.

In this respect, the defendant was arrested for the purpose of having B and C receive criminal punishment.
