Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person of nationality of Malaysia who entered the Republic of Korea on March 8, 2020.

The Defendant was willing to commit the “thievesing” crime with the Defendant’s name misscoping scoping scoping scoping scoping scoping scoping scoping scoping staff, who misrepresented an unspecified number of victims in Korea to have phone calls from an investigation agency or a financial institution staff, and had the victims withdraw their deposits and keep them in the house as if the victims’ personal information were leaked and at risk of property, and the victims induce the victims to take care of them out of the house, according to the direction of the staff, the Defendant planned to take part in the role of theft of cash that was intruded into the victim’s home and kept.

1. 피해자 C에 대한 범행 위와 같은 공모에 따라 성명불상의 보이스피싱 조직원은 2020. 3. 11. 10:56경 불상의 장소에서 익산시 D에 거주하는 피해자 C에게 전화를 걸어 한국전력 직원을 사칭하면서 “전기요금이 미납되었다. 혹시 주민등록증을 타인에게 빌려준 사실이 있느냐. 통장에서 돈이 빠져나가고 있으니 통장에 있는 돈을 찾아 집에 놔둬라.”고 거짓말하여 이에 속은 피해자로 하여금 인근 은행에 가서 현금 700만 원을 찾아 봉투에 넣어 피해자의 집 거실 이불 위에 놓아두게 한 다음, 재차 피해자에게 “형사들이 조사하러 갈거니 길가에 나와 있어라.”고 말하여 피해자가 집 밖으로 나오도록 유인하였다.

피고인은 성명불상의 보이스피싱 조직원과 ‘위챗’ 메신저를 통하여 실시간으로 연락을 하면서 같은 날 12:06경 위 피해자의 주거지 인근에 도착하여 대기하던 중 위 조직원의 지시에 따라 열려있는 현관문을 열고 집 안으로 침입하여 피해자가 잠시 화장실에 간 틈을 타 그곳...
