Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.50,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

When pedestrians are passing along the crosswalk, the driver of any motor vehicle shall temporarily stop in front of the crosswalk in order not to impede the crossing of the pedestrians or endanger them.

Nevertheless, on October 16, 2015, the Defendant was driven by the Defendant at a crosswalk installed in front of the C point in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu around October 21, 2015.
