Defendant

A is an operator of "G" sexual traffic business establishments, Defendant B is employed therein, and Defendant C is a company member.

1. Defendants A and B conspired with each other, from April 25, 2013 to July 3, 2013 (Provided, That from April 25, 2013 to June 10, 2013, Defendant A’s business establishment located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H “G” to employ women of sexual traffic, such as I, J, K, and L, to receive KRW 2 million monthly salary, and Defendant B received sexual purchase guidance, and the Defendants received KRW 45,000 to KRW 35,00 in return for similar sexual intercourses and received KRW 45,00 in return for the above sexual intercourses and received KRW 35,00 in return for the above sexual intercourses and received KRW 30 in total from sexual traffic women employed as above.

2. Defendant C paid KRW 35,00 to A, etc. at the place specified in paragraph (1) on June 10, 2013, and engaged in sexual intercourses similar to K, a woman engaged in sexual intercourses, which is a sexual traffic, with the amount of KRW 35,00.
