A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving of B Costaex.

The Defendant is a person who has violated the provisions on prohibition of driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol two times or more by driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, respectively, with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.081% on January 27, 201 and with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.067% on December 26, 2011.

The Defendant driven a B Costaex driver while under the influence of alcohol leveling of 0.084% from the Defendant’s house located in the Gero-gun of the Gyeongdong-si, the 5 kilometers away from the date of the temporary border set forth in paragraph (1) to the 0.084 kilometers away from the office of the Defendant’s house located in the Gero-gun of the Sinsi-si.
