Defendant

A and B shall be punished by a fine of one million won, and each of the defendants C shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant C is a person who manages call business articles with the trade name of “D”, and operates a prompt call pool.

The Defendant: (a) from November 21, 2016 to January 2, 2017 without obtaining a license or registration for passenger transport business; (b) from around 201 to around 2017, the Defendant: (c) transported customers using a cub car on a total of 53 occasions; (d) received a total of 2,80,000 won in return; (e) from around November 20, 2016 to around January 2, 2017, the Defendant received orders from customers on a total of 258 occasions, including 13 members of the day team, 5 members of the mid-time team, 31 members of the night team, etc.; and (e) received orders from each passenger vehicle or private car to provide them with a total of 30,000 won in return for delivery of 1 to 3050,000 won in return for each passenger vehicle or private car; and (e) the Defendant received orders from each customer.

2. Defendant B, at the Seoul Central District Court on August 23, 2013, was sentenced to confiscation and fine of KRW 2.5 million due to a violation of the Passenger Transport Service Act, and Defendant B is a person who carries on the transportation of customers by using sirens under the jurisdiction of the running team of the said call.

On November 20, 2016, from around December 27, 2016 to around December 2016, 2016, the Defendant: (a) lent G verification color, as shown in [Attachment 23] crime list, to transport customers using a passenger car, and (b) received a total of KRW 2,198,000 in return, and (c) received a total of KRW 2,198,00 in return, and received a delivery of KRW 1 to 50,00 in return.

3. On July 2, 2015, Defendant A, in the Seoul Central District Court, tried to commit a crime of violating the Passenger Transport Service Act, committed the same criminal records and four criminal records, and used a siren vehicle under the jurisdiction of the running machine team.
