According to the above conspiracy, around May 19, 201, the Defendants received from the head office of the Saemaul Treasury, H, I, and J, the agreement for the sale of K apartment in the name of Gangwon-do, as Defendant A, who entered into a contract with K apartment 102 Dong 404 in the name of Gangwon-do, and received false education as Defendant A was an employee in charge of lending the above light light, as Defendant A was the actual seller of the above apartment.

Then, the Defendants entered the above safe loan counseling co-ordin with J, and the above safe loan staff member was able to reach as if the Defendant A actually sold the apartment house, and the sales contract prepared as above is false.
