1. The defendant shall receive KRW 652,50,000 from the plaintiff and at the same time enter the list of the attached real estate in the plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff-party status union is the Housing Reconstruction Project Association established to implement a housing reconstruction project (hereinafter “instant reconstruction project”) within the housing reconstruction project of the housing complex A and the second apartment complex (hereinafter “instant apartment complex”) on the land of 1,355,000 square meters and 3,000 square meters in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Songpa-gu and 392,652 square meters and D, and the Defendant is the owner of the real estate indicated in the attached list of real estate in the instant rearrangement zone (hereinafter “instant real estate”).

B. Around July 13, 2002, some of the sectional owners of the apartment of this case constituted a “A apartment confirmation shares promotion committee” (hereinafter “the promotion committee of this case”) instead of the management body meeting under the Act on the Ownership and Management of Aggregate Buildings (hereinafter “the Act”) around July 13, 2002.

(2) On May 24, 2003, the instant promotion committee held the inaugural general meeting of the reconstruction association among the 6,2802 sectional owners of the instant apartment, or the 4,280 persons among the 6,2802 sectional owners of the instant apartment, who actually attended or submitted the “Inaugural general meeting document resolution” in lieu of the attendance.
