Punishment of the crime

1. On February 27, 2017, at the Defendant’s home located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gwanak-gu B and 501, the Defendant sent a victim D (e.g., 37 years old) with his/her sexual photograph and self-defensive image to the Defendant’s mobile phone display C, and then sent a message, such as “Ea from fa to fa, I would like to put it up.m... I want to put it into the door.”

2. On April 21, 2018, at around 00:00, the Defendant sent the victim’s message, such as “on the same manner as in paragraph 1, the Defendant sent his/her sexual picture and self-definite image to the victim, and “on the one hand, from around 00 to around 00 if he/she towed,” at the same time.

3. 피고인은 2018. 4. 27. 21:24 경 제 1 항과 같은 장소에서 같은 방법으로 피해자에게 자신의 성기 사진, 자위 동영상을 전송하면서 “ 입에 싸고 눈에 싸고 귀에 싹 고안에 싸고 가슴에 싸고똥꼬에싸고..” 라는 등의 메시지를 전송하였다.
