Basic Facts

On April 21, 2010, the Plaintiff was established for the purpose of widely distributing E to citizens, thereby contributing to the improvement of citizens’ physical strength and the development of national culture, and on April 25, 2015, the name of the Plaintiff was changed to A, an incorporated association, and the Defendant C, an incorporated association (hereinafter referred to as “C”) was established on June 30, 2014 with the purpose of promoting the enhancement of citizens’ physical strength and national prestige by widely distributing E to citizens. Defendant D worked as a director with the Plaintiff’s representative authority for the period from July 11, 2013 to January 22, 2015, and from March 6, 2015, Defendant C was a director with the representative authority for the Defendant C.

From the time when Defendant D, who was in possession of the instant office, was appointed as the Plaintiff’s director, the Plaintiff used the instant office. From January 2015 to January 2015, Defendant D also used the instant office together with the Plaintiff, as Defendant D promoted the integration between the Plaintiff and Defendant C.

On January 1, 2015, the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation (hereinafter “Korea Sports Promotion Foundation”) represented by the Korea Sports Industry Development Corporation (hereinafter “Korea Sports Promotion Foundation”) was established as a lessor, and a lease agreement stating “B”, the name of the Plaintiff’s change, as the lessee (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”).

On January 1, 2016, one year after 2016, the National Sports Promotion Foundation was established as a lease contract in which the plaintiff was the lessor, and the plaintiff was the lessee.

The Plaintiff’s termination of a lease agreement was paid to the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation KRW 1,127,140 on January 201, 2016, KRW 1,221,840 on February 1, 2016, KRW 1,188,020 on March 2016, KRW 1,188,020 on March 1, 2016, KRW 1,149,950 on April 201, and above KRW 4,686,750 on April 1, 206, but did not pay the rent thereafter.

Accordingly, the National Sports Promotion Foundation on July 29, 2016.
