1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months;

2. Chapter Twelve (No. 1) per day of seizure (No. 5) and one gambling place (No. 5) in the former part.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] On November 29, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor and 300,000 won of fine for a violation of the Juvenile Protection Act at the Cheongju District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at Mapo Prison on June 6, 2013.

[2] The Defendant: (a) received KRW 70,00 per day from C; (b) distributed a name-type advertisement site for commercial sex acts with C and D; and (c) connected E (n) to the male who reported and contacted a name-type advertisement site; and (c) the above E received KRW 20,000 from the name-unregistered male and one time to engage in commercial sex acts; and (d) divided between C and E.

With C, D, and E, from May 30, 2015 to May 31, 2015, the Defendant distributed a name-type advertising site in the Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Gwangju, and from June 1, 2015 to June 9, 2015.

C had a customer who reported the advertising place and contacted with the above E with a car in K5, and E had approximately 20 times with a male guest with no name, and 200,000 won at one time and had sexual intercourse with a sexual intercourse with a male guest with a name of 10,000 won.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with C and D, brought about approximately KRW 3,50,000 by engaging in commercial sex acts such as brokerage, etc.
