Punishment of the crime
[2018 Highest 1318]- Defendants
1. On April 2, 2017, Defendant A introduced C to the owner of the business to engage in sexual traffic in the “E”, a sexual traffic business establishment located in the front city, with a daily prepaid payment of KRW 12 million, and to enable C to engage in sexual traffic at the “E”, a sexual traffic business establishment located in the front city, the front city.
Accordingly, the defendant introduced and arranged a job to sell sex.
2. Defendant B
A. From April 7, 2017 to the 30th of the same month, the Defendant: (a) provided aid and assistance to committing the crime by facilitating the management of overall operation of the business in order to assist the commercial sex acts, such as arranging commercial sex acts, in the “E” operated by F, which is operated by F, which is operated by E, which is operated by E, in front city, in front city; and (b) allowing F, to have sexual traffic women C engage in sexual intercourse with their descendants and divide the profits into 5:5; and (c) providing a place for commercial sex acts, etc.

From May 3, 2017 to August 30, 2017, Defendant A operated “Gu E”, which is a sexual traffic business establishment located in Yansan-gu I during the previous week from May 3, 2017 to August 30, 2017, and had the J, which is a sexual traffic female, to be a guest, provided 80,00 won, 300 won, 180,000 won, and 180,000 won per time, in exchange for sexual traffic with the said customer.
Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.
