A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 01:50 on November 13, 2018, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the property of the victim by inserting them only at the parking lot of the building B in Gunsan-si; (b) inserting them a dangerous object that had been parked in the surrounding area without any justifiable reason; and (c) then putting them away from the front of the car of the victim C, which is the ownership of the victim C, and then then putting them away from the front of the car, the amount of 2,213,475 won of the cost of repairing the car, such as destroying and attaching glass

2. The Defendant damaged the victim’s property at the same time and at the same place as 1. Paragraph 1., and at the same time, the back of the driver’s seat of the Fbenz car, which was parked therein, several times, such as the exchange of the back of the driver’s seat and the exchange of the repair cost, so that the amount equivalent to KRW 2,652,925 is equal to the victim’s property.
