Punishment of the crime

The defendant is operating a new store of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 1 commercial store 62, and the defendant is operating a business director of the above commercial store.

On August 7, 2016, around 17:55, the Defendant stated on the first floor of the above commercial building, that “A victim D of the auditor of the said commercial building was dissatisfied with the audit of the director of the management office of the said commercial building.” While there are many people around, the Defendant stated that “I will immediately give a bribe to the victim, and will not do so.”

Accordingly, the defendant openly insultingd the victim.
