Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On February 11, 2019, the Plaintiff and the Defendant concluded the instant service contract with the following content.

- Period: From February 1, 2019 to December 15, 2019 - Contents of business - (i) production of motion pictures, motion pictures, D group videos, results images, and video images, and (ii) planning and operation consulting (including planning and design consultation with exhibition companies, operation of exhibition halls, and performance of various duties) for meetings and exhibition-related affairs of D organization C longress 2019 Busan - Services cost of KRW 55 million (including value added taxes): 20% of the advance payment (including KRW 1,100,000), intermediate payment (22,200,000), 40% of the remainder payment (2,200,000 won) after confirmation of the delivery of the goods developed, and the remainder payment shall be made within seven days after completion of the service.
