1. The Defendant stated from the Plaintiff the name of the good, color, and inventory column in the attached inventory list.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On March 15, 2016, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant for production and sales (hereinafter “instant contract”) with a view to returning inventory items to the Defendant and returning advance payment after settling accounts of advance payment in the final sales stage, in cases where the products, which were supplied by the Defendant, are supplied with clothing for young children planned and designed by the Defendant, but are sold and distributed in advance, and the products carried over remain in inventory at the final sales stage. Article 10 (Payment, etc. of Proceeds from Goods)
