A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Seized evidence shall be confiscated as provided for in subparagraphs 1 through 3 and 5.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than an entrusted business entity, shall provide property or property benefits to persons who win the result of sports promotion by issuing voting rights or a similar things to the Seoul Olympic Winter Games Promotion Foundation or a person who win the result thereof.

N (O) opened and operated “P” and Q, which is an illegal Internet sports soil and entertainment site, from July 1, 2015 to November 30, 2015, with an additional opening and operation of “R” and “S”, which are the same gambling site, and closed from December 1, 2015, and around December 1, 2015, established and operated “T”, which is the same gambling site, which combines the said “R” and “S”, with six local employees, and controlled the establishment and operation of a gambling site, including the development and entry of programs, and the management of total gambling funds, in the Philippines.

From December 2, 2013 to June 2015, the Defendant publicizeds the aforementioned “P” and “ Q” sites, recruited and managed its members, and played a total sales role that receives 30% of the remaining profits as allowances for the members recruited by the Defendant, and from July 1, 2015 to July 1, 2015, the Defendant manages approximately 40 of the said “R” and “T” and received 30% of the remaining profits as allowances for the total number of the members, and U was in charge of managing the total number of the members who received allowances as well as the Defendant, while working as the general sales team with the Defendant.

Defendant, N, and U shall have approximately KRW 2,00 members of five illegal Internet sports sports entertainment sites, including the above “T, from January 1, 2015 to January 26, 2016, take one time from the lowest amount of KRW 5,000 to the highest amount of KRW 1,00,000 as to the result of the competition prior to the holding of the games, such as domestic and foreign axiss, camping districts, etc., and the actual result of the competition, depending on the dividend rate, a certain percentage of money is given to the members.
