Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Justice] On April 5, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to three months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny in the Daejeon District Court’s Incheon Branch Branch of the Daejeon District Court, and on August 10, 2018, the same court was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime and completed the execution of the sentence on October 3, 2018.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On November 28, 2018, at around 17:03, the Defendant discovered D’s substitute cargo vehicle which was parked in front of the office of “C Licensed Real Estate Agent” located in Pyeongtaek-si B, opened a door where the victim E did not lock the above cargo vehicle in order to deliver the cargo to another vehicle, and cut off 400,000 won in cash from the victim’s wall located in the back seat of the cargo vehicle.

2. On September 16, 2020, at around 10:57, the Defendant discovered Hwitter’s selective cargo vehicles parked in front of “G” located in Pyeongtaek-si F, and opened a string of the instant cargo vehicle in order for the victim I, who is a string engineer, opened a string of the said cargo vehicle to deliver the string, and removed 400,000 won in cash from the bank on which he was on the string of the said cargo vehicle, thereby cutting down the victim’s property.
