1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months;

2. Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of Cone Star Vehicles.

On May 3, 2016, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 07:00, and proceeded with the following E-road located in Busan Jin-gu, Busan, with a view to avoiding buses that are close to the front of the above vehicle while stopping to make a right-hand, while driving on the following road on the side of the main stream in the written bank.

Since a crosswalk is installed on the rear side, in such a case, there was a duty of care to check whether a person engaged in driving service is a person who gets a walk by reducing speed and by properly examining the right and the right and the right of the rear, and to drive safely.
