Criminal facts

On April 13, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (Refusal of measurement), etc. by the Seoul Northern District Court on April 13, 2018, and is currently under suspension of execution, which became final and conclusive on April 21, 2018.

On June 26, 2019, around 08:35, the Defendant: (a) at the office of the victim’s subdivision in Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City (hereinafter “Seoul Special Metropolitan City”) (hereinafter “Seoul Special Metropolitan City”) around 08:35, the Defendant filed complaints with the Defendant, a female member of the said branch, who was a member of the Defendant, by telephoneing with D and telephone, and was dissatisfied with D and by telephone; and (b) was accompanied by television, computer, line weather, water purifiers, etc., where the market price of the victim’s ownership could not be known.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged another person's property.
