Punishment of the crime

1. On September 2015, the Defendant received KRW 100,000 from 10,000 from Mandong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong (hereinafter referred to as “B”).

2. On October 2015, the Defendant received KRW 100,000 from Dagndong E through mobile phone hard-rating techniques at the Donel located in the North-gu Seoul Metropolitan City of Gwangju and received KRW 100,000 from Dandong E and engaged in sexual intercourse with E.

3. On February 21, 2016, the Defendant received 100,000 won from her cell phone-type H through mobile phone-type display displays at Gel located in the North-gu, Gwangju-si, Gwangju-si, and engaged in sexual intercourse with H once.

Accordingly, the defendant committed sexual traffic over three times.

1. On June 16, 2016, the Defendant, at around 22:05, received KRW 100,000 as a consideration for engaging in one-time sexual intercourse with K in only one-time sexual intercourse with J-free telephone-rating poping type from J-free Telecom 215, located in Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-si.

2. On June 16, 2016, the Defendant, at around 22:46, at 109 Ho-gu, Gwangju-si, Gless Youth F, a smartphone-type fishing room, engaged in one-time sexual intercourse with M. and received KRW 100,000 as a consideration therefor.

The defendant had engaged in sexual traffic twice as above.
