Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who has served as a technical instructor of C Driving Schools (hereinafter referred to as “C Driving Schools”).

On October 21, 2013, the Defendant submitted a written accusation to the Jeju District Public Prosecutorial Service Council of the Jeju District Public Prosecutor’s Office located in Jeju-si five-lane 3, 2013, to the effect that “A student who did not normally complete education hours necessary for the driver’s license examination at the relevant private teaching institute is punished, such as having him/her undergo an examination,” and then, the Defendant was subject to the submission of a written accusation from the investigation department of the Jeju East East District Public Prosecutor’s Office on October 31, 2013 and the written accusation on November 9, 2013. On February 18, 2014, the Defendant received a statement investigation from the Jeju District Public Prosecutor’s Office, and “A student of the relevant private teaching institute” did not undergo road driving on June 3, 2013, and he/she did not undergo education from the private teaching institute on June 21, 2013 to undergo the total education on June 31, 2013.”

However, on June 21, 2013, the Defendant provided three-hour road driving training to E who is the student of the instant driving school, and on June 24, 2013, the Defendant was unable to complete three-hour driving training due to the occurrence of the second road driving training against E on June 24, 2013, and on September 16, 2013, F, who is the instructor of the same driving school, requested F, to undergo the second road driving training on behalf of the Defendant, requested F, to complete three-time driving training on the second road driving on behalf of the Defendant, thereby allowing F, to complete three-time driving training on the second road driving, which is necessary for the skill examination of E’s driver’s license, and accordingly, in the school driving management computer system of the instant driving school, which manages the education hours, etc., on June 24, 2013.
