Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a representative who operates a food subdivision business with a trade name called “D” located in Suwon-si C and 1st floor of Suwon-si.

A food subdivision business operator shall not sell foods for sale, display such foods for sale or use them for business unless labeling that foods meet the standards.

Nevertheless, on February 20, 2017, when the defendant operated the food subdivision business as above, he displayed the "Mage head" (400g x 9 sealed paper) for the purpose of selling products without all labeling items on the display stand of the above business establishment on February 20, 2017, and used the "Mage head" (500g x 3 x 8 x 500 g) and the "Mage name tag" (500g x 8 x ) as a service product.

As a result, the Defendant violated the labelling standard which should not be sold, imported, displayed or transported for the purpose of sale, or used for business without marking that food, etc.
