Punishment of the crime

On April 9, 2012, at around 0:25, the Defendant driven a Grand Track vehicle from around 200 meters to the front road of the light kindergarten, which was in the same Ri, from the 101 side of the vice-house located in Chuncheon-si, in the state of alcohol concentration of 0.05 percent.
