1. The Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

2.Provided, That each of the above punishments shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or a trustee, shall provide goods or property benefits to persons who win at the betting ballots by issuing sports promotion betting tickets or similar things, in return for the result thereof;
