around 1:20 on April 11, 2018, the Defendant confirmed the fact that the warrant of execution of a fine was issued for the Defendant’s daily activity, and notified the fact that the Defendant was issued in the course of ascertaining the background of the accident by the head of Mapo-gu Police Station B District, Seoul, which was called to the site after receiving a report 112 as a problem related to the collision with the vehicles that passed along with the Defendant’s daily activity in Mapo-gu, Mapo-gu, Seoul, 7:7:20 on the 73rd World Cup, and obstructed the Defendant’s legitimate performance of duties concerning the arrest of the police officer, such as the smuggling’s chest, who was moving to the site after receiving a report 112.
