1. Facts of recognition;

A. The National Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “National Bank”) filed a lawsuit against the Defendants claiming acquisition money as to the amount recorded in the balance column on the ground of each claim described in the “original loan agreement” as set forth in the attached Table 1 attached hereto.

On April 25, 2006, the above court rendered a decision that "the defendant A shall pay to the National Bank the amount of KRW 5,122,729 as well as KRW 4,523,720 as well as the amount of KRW 19% per annum from November 15, 2005 to December 7, 2005, and 20% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment." ② The defendants shall jointly and severally pay the amount of KRW 104,962,916 as well as KRW 19% per annum from November 11, 2005 to December 7, 2005, and the amount of KRW 20% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment." The above judgment became final and conclusive around that time.

C. On July 5, 2013, a national bank transferred each claim for the principal and interest of loans listed in attached Table 1 to the Plaintiff. Around June 2014, a notice of assignment of claims was given to Defendant A, the principal debtor, to Defendant A.

B as of March 3, 2016

The balance of the principal and interest of loans based on the judgment mentioned in the paragraph shall be as specified in attached Table 2.

(2) The Plaintiff is obligated to pay damages for delay at the rate of 17% per annum from March 3, 2016 to the date of the final payment of damages for delay as to the total amount of principal and interest of each claim listed in the attached Table 2 No. 2 No. 1, the claim listed in the attached Table 2 No. 1, the claims listed in the attached Table 2, the claims listed in the 3 Arrangement No. 2, the 458,968, and the total amount of principal and interest of each claim listed in the attached Table No. 2, the 230,197, 220, and the total amount of principal and interest of each claim listed in the attached Table No. 2 No. 1, the 3, and the 320, and the 72,891,306, among the principal and interest of each claim listed in the attached Table No. 1, the 2016.
