Defendant
A is a person who operates a motor vehicle leasing business under the trade name of "E" in the permanent residence period D, and the defendant B is a person who works for the above company as an employee.
The Defendants conspired to, or Defendant A, leased a vehicle to a university student who lacks social experience solely, and, at the time of the return of the vehicle to the victims, deceiving the victims to the effect that the residuess, defects, etc. existing in the vehicle were incurred in the course of the victims’ vehicle operation, or deceiving the victims to the effect that even if the vehicle is damaged by the victims, there would be a higher amount of the repair cost and the rest fee than the actual repair cost incurred.
