1. The defendant delivers to the plaintiff the building indicated in the attached list, and from June 10, 2018, the above building is located.

On May 2, 2018, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the lessor on May 2, 2018, setting the following terms: monthly rent of KRW 1,200,000; the lease period from May 10, 2018 to May 9, 2021; and the lessor may terminate the lease agreement if the lessor delays the payment of rent for at least two consecutive periods.

However, the defendant paid 600,000 won by May 2018, and did not pay the rent from June 2018.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay the unpaid amount of KRW 600,000 among the rent for five months and KRW 1,200,000 per month from June 10, 2018 to the completion date of delivery of the building.
