1. The defendant,

A. As to the land listed in paragraph (1) of the Attached List No. 1 from Plaintiff A, the cause of sale and purchase on April 30, 2013.

On April 30, 2013, Plaintiff A entered into a sales contract with the Defendant to sell the land specified in paragraph (1) of the attached Table No. 1 to KRW 215 million (the contract amount of KRW 30 million, the balance of KRW 185 million). On April 30, 2013, Plaintiff B entered into a sales contract with the Defendant to sell the land specified in paragraph (2) of the attached Table No. 2 to the Defendant at KRW 635 million (the contract amount of KRW 20 million, the intermediate payment of KRW 150 million, the balance of KRW 465 million, and the remainder of KRW 40 million). The Defendant paid only the down payment of each of the above sales contract and provided documents necessary for the registration of ownership transfer, but instead paid the remainder to Plaintiff B at KRW 150 million for the remainder of the payment of KRW 150 million (the remainder of the contract amount of KRW 250 million).
