A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who imports from E companies located in Japan the slve-dong Slve-dong, which are food processing equipment, and sells it to F in Korea.

Where any person intends to import, export or return goods, he/she shall file a report thereon with the head of a customs office on the name, standard, quantity and price of the relevant goods and other matters prescribed by Presidential Decree, and shall not import goods different from the relevant imported goods

The Defendant, in order to import food processing equipment, shall undergo the safety inspection of electrical appliances in order to import slves, etc., which are food processing equipment, and sentenced to customs clearance by mail without filing an import declaration with the head of the relevant customs office in order to avoid the above inspection.

1. Around February 14, 2011, the Defendant imported 673,532 won of the cost of goods purchased in Japan through the Incheon Airport Postal Customs Office located in Jung-gu, Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, 193-ro, 40-32 (on a market price of 848,440 won), and sealed the head of customs office, without filing a declaration, one of the parts of the slick-dong slick-dong slick-dong slick-dong from February 14, 2011 to June 21, 2016, the Defendant imported 443,303,892 won in total (in total of the market price of 697,018,512 won) of the cost of goods in KRW 383 times, as shown in the list of crimes in attached Form 1, 2016.

From April 12, 2012 to June 15, 2016, the Defendant reported the goods purchased in Japan to the head of the relevant customs office in the Incheon International Airport Postal Customs Office, 40-32, a 193-ro, Jung-gu, Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, as an airport, and even if the goods purchased in Japan were finished goods of 1,926,096 won (the market price is 3,028,452 won) and imported the finished goods in an amount equivalent to 1,926,096 won (the market price is 3,028,452 won), and imported the finished goods in an aggregate of 11 cost of the goods from April 12, 2012 to June 15, 2016, as shown in Table 2 of the List of Crimes (the market price is 28,266,932 won).
