Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Purchase and medication of phiphones;

A. On August 4, 2015, the Defendant decided to purchase psychotropic drugs from F with D and E, and then received approximately 0.35 grams from F, at a place where a location below Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu is unknown, around August 5, 2015, the Defendant provided KRW 200,000 and KRW 100,000,000 to D, respectively, and D received KRW 300,000 from F and approximately 0.35g of opphones.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased philophones in collusion with D and E.

B. Around August 5, 2015, the Defendant: (a) parked in a nearby road along the Seoul Eastern Line; (b) dilution the volume of phiphones into water for a single-use injection unit; and (c) injected them into his arms.

Accordingly, the Defendant administered philophones.

2. Possession and use of marijuana;

A. On August 30, 2016, the Defendant: (a) sealed and stored approximately 1.4gg of hemp plants in a passenger car parked near 19:45, Ansan-si G and 201, and around 1.4g of the vehicle parked in the vicinity of 201.

Accordingly, the defendant possessed marijuana.

B. Around 17:00 on August 20, 2016, the Defendant inhaled the hemp plant’s smoke by inserting it in tobacco within its passenger car quantity parked near H in Soyang-gu, Soyang-gu, Goyang-gu.

Accordingly, the defendant used marijuana.
