When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

In order to purchase coffee, the Defendant visited a coffee shop, and discovered a tamper at the show stand, and thought to use it.

On April 8, 2015, around 17:14, the Defendant collected 33,00 won in the market price, which is the victim's possession on the display stand, which was displayed as a sales product, within the 'C' of the 1st floor of the member-gu Seoul Central District Group B building 'C' of the 1st floor of the member-gu, Ansan-si, Asan-si, and stolen it by putting 33,000 won in a strawer, which is the victim's market price on the display stand, and offered an opportunity to put it on one's own string, and added it on the coffee.
