A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On October 25, 201, the Defendant received a fine of KRW 2,50,000 as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking) from the Jung-gu District Court Goyang Branch on October 25, 201, and received a fine of KRW 4 million as a same crime in the same court on July 22, 2016.
