Punishment of the crime

Around 05:45 on November 1, 2013, the Defendant was driving at CK5 si in the direction of the vehicle to move at the city of Jeju, and the vehicle driving direction signal of the Defendant was installed at the intersection and the signal on the direction of the vehicle was redly damaged.
