With respect to construction works, the estimated amount of which is at least ten million won as construction works falling under the category of performing specialized construction works and details of business in such categories, the Minister of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs shall register

1. Defendant C is a constructor who registered his business on May 15, 2007 and engages in interior works as a business.

On July 28, 2008, the Defendant performed construction works for the modernization of health rooms at AD Elementary School in the Jeonju (hereinafter referred to as “AD Elementary School”) as shown in Table 1 of Crimes, such as performing construction works for the expected amount of 10,800,000 won without a license for the relevant type of business.

2. Defendant D is a constructor who has registered his business on July 20, 2004 and engages in the tegrative work, etc.

On January 30, 2009, the Defendant performed construction works for the interior of infant care classes at AE elementary schools, such as performing construction works for an expected amount of 10,780,000 units without a license for the relevant type of specialized construction business, such as performing construction works as shown in Table 2.

3. Defendant E is a constructor who has registered his business on November 18, 2008 and engages in the tegrative work, etc. as a business.

On March 20, 2009, the Defendant performed construction work for the interior of infant care classes at AF Elementary School in the Jeonju (AF) around March 20, 2009, such as performing construction work for the expected amount of 12,973,800 units of work without a license for specialized construction business in the relevant category of business.

4. Defendant A is a constructor who registered his business on January 5, 2009 and engages in the tegrative work as a business.

On January 23, 2009, the Defendant performed construction work in the English experience room at the Namwon AG Elementary School, such as performing construction work as shown in the list of crimes 4, such as performing construction work as expected amounting to 10,970,000 without a license for a specialized construction business in the relevant category of business.

5. Defendant F is a constructor who registered his business on December 5, 2006 and engages in minor works, etc. as a business.
