The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. Although the Defendant did not assault the victims, the summary of the grounds of appeal did not err by assaulting the victims, and otherwise, the Defendant inflicted an injury upon the victims E.

The court below erred by misapprehending the facts and affecting the conclusion of the judgment.

The Defendant in the facts charged of the instant case did not have a good appraisal of the victims due to the following problems: (a) the victim D(40) and the victim E (n, 40 years old) residing in the 3rd floor of Kuri-si, Guri-si; and (b) the victim E (n, 40 years old) who resides in the 2nd floor of Kuri-si, a married couple; (c) the victims

3. The appeal by the defendant is dismissed in accordance with Article 364(4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the grounds that the appeal by the defendant is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
