1. The Plaintiff:

A. The defendant shall mark 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 1 of the attached Form No. 1 floor among the buildings indicated in the attached Form No. 1 floor.

Reasons

1. On July 15, 2014, the Plaintiff leased the instant real estate to E, and thereafter, the Defendant succeeded to the status of the lessee. The terms and conditions of the lease are KRW 50,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 5,700,000, monthly rent of KRW 5,700,000, monthly management fee of KRW 600,000.
