1. The Defendant’s interest rate of KRW 38,59,00 and KRW 36,940,00 among the Plaintiff shall be from June 4, 2018 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The Plaintiff, on February 24, 2016, lent to the Defendant the amount of KRW 20 million (interest rate of KRW 5.51 per annum, interest rate of KRW 18% per annum, maturity of payment February 24, 2019), KRW 20 million on March 23, 2017 (interest rate of KRW 5.8% per annum, interest rate of KRW 18% per annum, and maturity of payment March 23, 202). The Plaintiff, on February 24, 2016, KRW 20 million and interest rate of KRW 885,674 won and interest rate of KRW 16,940,00 as of March 23, 2017, KRW 303730 and interest rate of KRW 3089,379,400 from June 3, 2018, respectively, and interest rate of KRW 30839,300 and interest interest rate of KRW 373084.384.
