Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against Suwon District Court (hereinafter “C”) seeking payment of the construction cost with the Suwon District Court 2018Da101169, and the said court rendered a judgment on June 8, 2018 that “C shall pay to the Plaintiff 122,045,000 won and 120,805,60 won among them, from July 1, 2017 to July 1, 2017; the remainder 1,239,400 won, from March 24, 2017 to December 19, 2017; and that “the payment of 6% interest per annum from the next day to December 19, 2017 to the day of full payment” (hereinafter “instant judgment”); and the said judgment became final and conclusive after the judgment became final and conclusive.
B. On June 25, 2018, the Plaintiff issued a seizure and collection order (hereinafter “the first seizure and collection order”) from the above court on June 25, 2018, by stating the claim amount as KRW 67,616,882 as the Seoul Central District Court 2018TT 2093, stating the claim amount as KRW 67,616,882 as the title of execution, and requesting the above court to issue a seizure and collection order as to the following claims against the Defendant. On June 28, 2018, the Plaintiff served the Defendant, the third debtor, the Seoul Central District Court 2018T 11029, stating the claim amount as KRW 67,616,882 as the title of execution, and received the seizure and collection order (hereinafter “the second seizure and collection order of this case”) from the above court on July 17, 2018, and received the seizure and collection order from the Defendant 30.
Indication of Bonds
1. The amount to be continuously paid by the debtor to the third debtor up to the amount of the above claim, including the amount to be paid up to the above claim and the amount to be paid in the future, out of the construction cost that the debtor has against the third debtor, in the context of the Gyeonggi-si Government E, F, and G Urban Complex Construction Project, which is currently and in the future for the third debtor;
