The defendant is the Deputy Director of the Administrative Deputy Director of the Cvalescent Hospital located in the second floor of the B B building in Bupyeong-si and the F Council Director of the F Council in the second floor of the D building E in Si-si.

1. Crimes related to C convalescent hospitals:

A. The Defendant violated the Medical Service Act from June 22, 2013 to the same year.

7. Until April 7, 200, G, a patient, had the nurse and nurse’s nurse prepare a false nursing record book via H of the head of the original department as if he was hospitalized normally, even though he was not hospitalized normally in the above C convalescent hospital, and, in collusion with H, etc., prepared a false nursing record book five times from that time to March 7, 2015, such as the table Nos. 1 through 5 of the list of crimes committed from that time.

B. Around September 24, 2014, the Defendant, in collusion with H, etc., received KRW 714,110 by claiming insurance benefits from the victim to the National Health Insurance Corporation as if he/she had been hospitalized normally even if he/she had not been hospitalized normally in the aforementioned C convalescent hospital. From that time, the Defendant received insurance benefits of KRW 1,334,750 in total from the National Health Insurance Corporation by receiving insurance benefits of KRW 1,34,750 from the victim twice until November 3, 2014, as shown in attached Table 3 and 5.

2. Crimes related to the F Council members;

A. The Defendant violated the Medical Service Act from March 9, 2014 to the same year.

4. Until December 12, 200, J, the patient, had nursing assistants make false preparation of nursing record books through K of the nursing division as if they were normally hospitalized in the above F Council members even if they were not normally hospitalized in the above F Council members, and in collusion with K, etc., from that time until November 17, 2014, Nos. 6 through 17 of the list of crimes.
