1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.

Purport of claim and appeal

Judgment of the first instance.

The grounds for the judgment of this court shall be the same as the corresponding part of the grounds for the judgment of the first instance.

(Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act: Provided, That the Defendants were transferred to the Defendants due to their death during the appellate trial, which was the Defendant at the time of the judgment of the first instance.

In addition, the following shall be added:

1. “A 10” is added in front of “B 1”, which is the tenth day above the third instance judgment of the first instance court.

2.At the fourth below the decision of the first instance, the following shall be added:

[8] The Plaintiff was indicted and tried on the charge of forging private documents, etc. on September 25, 2012. The content was that the Plaintiff prepared this agreement and forged private documents under the name of the deceased B without obtaining the consent of the network B on September 25, 2012. The court of first instance found the Plaintiff guilty on June 12, 2015, sentenced the Plaintiff to two years imprisonment and three years suspension of execution on March 3, 200.
