Punishment of the crime

On April 2017, the Defendant responded to the request from the victim B, a business operator importing gold bullion from Hong Kong via the Incheon International Airport, to transport gold 10 km to Japan. In light of the experience of transporting gold 10 km at the victim’s request before that time, the Defendant transported gold tamps transferred from the Incheon State’s provision to Japan, and did not transfer the gold tamps to the waiting place at the designated place, and instead did not transfer it to the waiting place at the victim’s request.
