A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 15, 2013, the Defendant received a summary order of a fine of KRW 3 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act from the Seosan Branch of the Daejeon District Court on February 15, 2013.

1. The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving service of a vehicle B with low-priced vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by such occupational negligence, sustained injury to the victim C, such as knee, knee, knee, tension, etc. which requires a medical treatment for about two weeks, and suffered injury to the victim E, who is a passenger of the said A-to-surg-turged vehicle, to the victim I (50 years of age) who is a passenger of the said A-to-surg-turged vehicle, for about three weeks of open medical treatment; and suffered injury to the victim G, such as knee, knee, and tension and tension of the detailed parts that require a medical treatment for about two weeks.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving a sound driving) at the coast of the west-gu, Gyeongsung-si located in the uppermost-gu, Ansan-si.
