1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

A. Of the 1st floor of the building listed in the attached list, the indication of drawings in the attached Form A, B, C, D, E, and A.

On April 22, 2017, the Plaintiff: (a) leased the real estate specified in the Disposition No. 1-A of the order to the Defendant as KRW 10 million; (b) monthly rent of KRW 700,000; and (c) the lease period of 12 months; (c) however, the Defendant, on September 3, 2017, paid only monthly rent on the said building; (d) rescinded the said lease; and (e) sought unjust enrichment equivalent to the monthly rent by the delivery, unpaid rent, and delivery of the said building.
