Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 30, 2018, at around 17:35, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s face by continuing to sleep his hand, on the ground that the victim D(63 years of age) was “satisfing tobacco in the building” and that the victim D(63 years of age) was “satisfing tobacco in the building.”

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim.
