A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

On February 2, 2013, at around 02:12, the Defendant, without a driver's license, driven a car for the C SPP area without a driver's license, turned down the intersection of the SP area of the sexually high distance of 1552-4, SP area in Ansan-gu, YOsan-gu, YOsan-si, by using two-lanes of the distance from the surface of the movable property intersection to the surface of the terminal private distance from the surface of the intersection of the movable property at the speed of about 60km.

Since the location is an intersection where signal lights are installed, there was a duty of care to safely drive the driver in accordance with the signals by reducing speed and checking the right and the right of the driver.
