Punishment of the crime

At around 04:40 on August 29, 2019, the Defendant driven a d'burged car at a section of approximately 1.5km from the studio parking lot where the name near the C Northbuk-gu, Daegu Northern-gu, is unknown to the name near the C Northwest-gu, Daegu Northern-gu, to the end of the 1.5km-distance road in the same Dong, while under the influence of alcohol content 0.10%.
