A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five years.

Any one (certificate No. 1) already requisitioned shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

From October 2017 to March 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened a telephone financial fraud office that mainly works at call centers with four Korean people, including the president and manager of the Chinese Bridge in name in order to China; and (b) opened a bank account from the “C” to the “C” term “Cbook” to provide a remote control program server; and (c) provided the program server from the “C” to the “Cbook” to the unspecified number of victims through telephone and C, etc.; (d) by deceiving the victims into the “A bank account and the “C” to establish a specific program to receive a loan”; and (e) by deceiving the victims into the name of the victims who received the money from the victims.

Accordingly, around October 24, 2017, the Defendant and the above under-mentioned winners made a false statement to the victim D by phone call from the “Oar House,” installed in a mutually unclaimed apartment in the Sckntain Sckn Sckn Sckn Sckn Sckn Sckn Sckn Scknckn Sckn’s apartment. To obtain a loan, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that the Defendant would deposit the guarantee insurance fee to the Fckncker in charge of the Ecknckncknckn.

However, in fact, the defendant et al. was not an employee in charge of lending the E bank, and there was no intention or ability to borrow the remitted money from the victim.

The defendant, in collusion with the above mentioned victims, deceivings the victim as above, and is the subject of guarantee insurance premium from the victim.
